ANPF for Actors

We primarily seek Equity professionals for the ANPF casts, but sometimes welcome the best in community talent to fill some specialty roles (e.g., children).

We will acknowledge receipt and will contact selected actors by September 15, approximately one month prior to the event.

Actor Requirements

Some directors will request read-throughs and rehearsals prior to the week of the event. These schedules are left to the cast to figure out.

There will be two or three rehearsals with the playwright present during the early part of the event week. Following those, there will be two public performances.

Actors are not required to attend the ANPF Reception at Carpenter Hall, but are welcomed and encouraged as it will provide you with your first opportunity to become acquainted with your playwright.
